Service scope
LeaseGrid provides public vacant-space discovery and, for approved accounts, property, unit, listing, tenancy, lease, finance-record, maintenance, document-metadata, inspection, handover, reporting and support workflows. It does not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice.
Access responsibilities
Workspace access is enabled only through a controlled process. Authorized users must provide accurate information, protect access credentials, stay within their assigned organization and property scope, and report suspected unauthorized activity.
Payments and communications
Online payment collection, SMS, WhatsApp, customer push delivery and broad automated communications are not enabled. Approved private storage supports bounded document operations, and transactional email remains limited to separately approved operational events. A status shown in LeaseGrid is not proof of an external provider transaction unless LeaseGrid explicitly confirms it.
Public enquiries
Published vacant-space listings may accept viewing enquiries without an account. A visitor must submit accurate information, have authority to provide it, and must not send unlawful, misleading or unrelated third-party personal data.
Availability and review
Features may be changed, paused or restricted to protect users and service integrity. Liability, governing-law and dispute provisions remain pending formal legal sign-off; this page does not claim external legal approval.
