Use LeaseGrid only for authorized vacant-space enquiries and approved property, tenancy, finance-record, maintenance, document-metadata, reporting and support activities.
Prohibited activity
Do not probe or bypass access controls, scrape personal information, upload malware, impersonate another person, submit spam, manipulate records, overload endpoints or use another organization’s identifiers or property scope.
Content and authority
Submit only information that is accurate, relevant and lawfully provided. Do not upload sensitive documents: production file upload and storage are not enabled.
Enforcement
LeaseGrid may rate-limit, investigate, restrict or suspend activity to protect users and the service. Material decisions should be reasoned and auditable; final appeal terms remain pending formal legal sign-off.
